Refund & Return Policy

At Laboutique Brazil, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Include tags and original packaging
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

Return your original purchase first. Once processed, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided it meets our return conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
